How we hold the space

This is a consent-led, invitational container. Everything is opt-in. You can take breaks, choose your level of participation, and move at your own pace.

There are plenty of quiet, restorative spaces on site—the meditation cave, the beach one minute away, and private villa options if you want more solitude.

No performing. No pressure. Just real women, real expansion.

How booking works 

Because packages include flight and room variations, booking is concierge-style:

3. Richard at Travel Collective follows up within 24 hours to confirm availability and next steps

Who’s holding the space

Sacred Spark is co-created and facilitated by Gemma Rose and Helen Archard. Together, they bring a blend of grounded feminine leadership, nervous-system wisdom, and deep devotion to what happens when women are truly resourced.

They weave 20+ years combined experience in the healing arts, leadership and creative space and have a proven-track record of creating results working with more than 1000+ clients across Aotearoa, and beyond.

Gemma creates spaces where high-achieving, sensitive women can soften without losing their edge; returning to embodied clarity, self-trust, and desire-led momentum that changes how they live and lead.

Helen brings the body back into the room through yoga (Hatha/Yin/Nidra), energy work (Reiki), somatic movement, bodywork, and cacao; supporting you to feel safe, open, and powerfully present to your own fire within.

They're here to create a truly unique container where you can meet yourself, and each other, in a way that expands what’s possible in every area of your life.
